When I found Bio-Oil I was going through a particularly dry spell where my skin actually hurt. It really relieved my dry skin problem without leaving too heavy of an oil residue. It smells nice, but not overpowering and has a slightly watery consistency. It is lovely stuff. I will not repurchase Bio-Oil when my current large and small bottles are gone. Here's why:I found documentation in November 2015 that they were cruelty free, now in December 2015 it's documented in a few sources that it is now selling in China. Though the Chinese government no longer requires testing on products produced in their own country, any product produced outside of China is routinely tested on animals.
