Thanks for joining me for my Allure Beauty Box unboxing – this is such a fabulous box! I was really pleased to see that this month’s box held all cruelty free products. Sadly will have to put this box on hiatus again – I get too many boxes and it’s too much money. Please, even though I decluttered, I still have a ton of stuff.

Researched the products again and here is what I found:

Klorane – cruelty free per multiple internet bloggers, but Logical Harmony has them in the gray area, which is enough to cast doubt on this brand

Pur~lisse – cruelty free per their own FAQ page (https://purlisse.com/pages/faq) and never test on animals and don’t contain any animal products. Still, I suggested it to Logical Harmony to investigate.

Leaders Insolution mask – while some bloggers say this is cruelty free PETA says they test on animals, so in my mind, now this is not a cruelty free brand

Kardashian Beauty – cruelty free per mult bloggers including this one (http://www.theplasticdiaries.com/beauty/7-celebrity-beauty-brands-you-have-to-try) , they are manufactured in China where ordinary cosmetics are not required to be test on animals if made in China, they sell in US, UK, and Australia

Julep – well known to be cruelty free

Welcome to my channel. Thank you for joining me as I unbox another absolutely fabulous Allure Beauty Box. This is an excellent box, and if you’re looking for good starter box, or all around excellent box, this is a great one to try. It’s just $15 a month and it’s always loaded with products that would retail for way more than the cost of the box.

Sadly, I did unsubscribe from some boxes that I really liked. Anyway, this is a truly fabulous box. Also, apparently the January box is going to be amazing.

Unboxing ~ my last Allure Beauty Box ~ August 2015

Here is my August 2015 Allure Beauty Box. Right after this video is published I’ll be going into the notation screen and entering cruelty free status on every product. About half of this box was not cruelty free (my daughter also won’t use anything that isn’t cruelty free). All non-cruelty free items were listed for swap. We won’t use them. I am slowly working my way through products and replacing anything that is not cruelty free with items that are cruelty free.
